Never.

very hard to say, but we can all thank China and all of the different strains they are releasing -

Unfortunately, just like the common cold and the flu, Covid is here to stay, in it's many variations. We must develop natural immunity to it. Vaccinated people will probably survive it. Everyone's immune system is different, so some vaccinated people will still catch it.

When the people in power can no longer use it as tool to control us .

If the conspiracy people are right it’s over when people refuse to accept restrictions.

If the ‘science’ people are right it’s over when there aren’t enough people left to enforce the restrictions.

If the politicians are right there’s a first time for everything.

How soon is never?

My memory is a bit foggy at this point, so much info about cover over the past year and a half. Wasn't there already multiple strains and those were treated like they'd be significantly more deadly?

We still need masks at my job. I think it’ll be around for awhile yet.

It will never be over but the hope is that with vaccines it will become just another virus that most people can deal with.\

The better question is when will the 'crisis' be over. We have vaccines now but I'm guessing it will be at least another year when enough people have been fully vaccinated and then I'm only talking about the western world. Also in some countries, like mine, the policy is shifting to taking measures to prevent infections instead of preventing hospitalization. So I'm guessing the crisis with restrictions and lockdowns will be at least another year.
