Do you point out someone’s error, and possibly get in to an argument with someone you’re only trying to help, or open a beer and stand back?

Now days, i find it is more entertaining to let people keep doing what they're doing. It's not like they appreciate it when you try to help anyway.

I will mention an error if it's really obvious. If I am trying to help a friend, we are close enough to survive any argument that might result.

Depends how reasonable the person is. Some people you can warn. Others have to find out things the hard way.

@bijouxbroussard Yes that’s fair. Certainly my if they were about to hurt themselves or others I’d say something. Other times the only way certain people learn is from the experience of a bad day. We all have them.
