Do anyone know about evictions and credit ?

How do you get it removed during the pandemic? Could a loss of job due to covid help get it removed without having to pay? Or would the condition of the apartment be a cause or reason I get denied of an apartment?

There is a covid relief thing for people effected by covid. I would look into that. They do say that the rent is still owed though. The bill just halts evictions but in the terms it does say the person will have to pay unpaid rent. They Also have rent assistancepeople can apply for.

@MrsCurious that's governed by state laws. I would try to look into the state laws for renting. Some states favor the home owner others favor the renter.
