Alexa is a bad business strategy to use brand name Alexa which is a short form of Alexander

The guy who caused so many wars and destruction . Amazon should have chosen a better brand name right?

Really? Where is Alexa short for Alexander? I know men named Alexander and I have never heard of them being called Alexa. Never heard of it being used instead of Alexandra either.
