Question. What would you do?

You offer to take your friend out for tea. You both decide what to order. You go to the register and he stays back. Doesn’t say anything. You order. Then you go back and ask, “Do you still want to order?” Cause you are confused why they didn’t come to order with you. They then get angry and say you were supposed to buy the tea without them and claim you did it on purpose and storm out. They say they are sick of this s*** and they are taking you home and drop you off and speed off. All because you had a misunderstanding about buying them something.

So I told the person you are disrespecting me and acting ungrateful. I didn’t then buy it and rush back and ask for their forgiveness. I told them I need space because they are acting like they want to take advantage of me. When I hang out with them they sometimes listen to me but mostly rant about their problems. It makes it seem like they just want me for what I can do for them. If there’s no point in coming to see me unless I buy them something and listen to their problems.
