Perhaps try thinking of questions you might want to ask. Most people love answering questions about themselves as long as they aren't too invasive/personal. Offer as much personal support as you can, no need for a lot of expertise, most folks simply appreciate the proverbial "shoulder to cry on" They are just grateful knowing you are there for them if need be.

Same. I came back here to reconnect with a few people and to meet others, but I haven't had much luck reaching out. 😕
