I'm falling into a major depression

I struggle with that a lot with my girlfriend… and I’ll tell you what my Mum tells me. “You don’t get to decide that for them. They get to decide who they love and they love you. Just be grateful they do.”

I think we all get 'Imposter syndrome' from time to time. I certainly do at times. Heck, I mean, i'm a prostitute and I have a boyfriend. He obviously knows and accepts....but....I do feel very inadequate at times - beneath him, so to speak.

Sometimes I just need to vent to him and he's say whatever he needs to say to get my stupid thoughts out of my head and get us on the right track again.

It's an on-going thing. Doesn't have to be a bad/negative thing that'll pop those bad thoughts in my head. He loves me for me and I try to remember that.

second-guessing his decisionmaking abilities... either you trust his choices, or you dont.
If you don't trust his decisionmaking skills, why do you think he could do better? He's lucky to have anyone...you're doing him a favor. Lol

If you trust him, trust his decisionmaking. He knows what he's doing.

I get this feeling with partners too. It is a really awful feeling. I don't know how to help, but I want you to know you are not alone <3
