@KiwiDan try getting out and doing some exercise something new biking, weight lift, walking, anything can help your mind many benefits I do & sleep so much better. Try taking some flaxseed oil muti - vitamins see a nutritionist. My best to you!

@KiwiDan Sometimes you just needs to start a conversation with someone. If they have been through what you are going through then what ever jumbled up mess comes out of your mouth will make sense to them.
