Anxiety is an uninvited guest

Everytime anxiety kicks in and i start to get worried about things, I remind myself that I am doing everything I can, I am giving my best to make things right, I am not harming or hurting anyone, I am not committing a sin, I am not a bad person.

And that everything has its time. My time will come too.

When bad things happen to good people they become better people.

Let life throw it's challenges which it has been for a few years but I won't allow it to break me. I will continue to believe in myself, I will continue to learn.

It takes a lot to instill positivity when depression and anxiety are flooding your thoughts. It takes a lot to break the pattern and be strong.
