I miss someone being in love with me

not gonna lie I think im a little manic . I feel like im losing my mind. Im acting out yall. Im telling my friends and my therapist and im so happy and no one is noticing? or am I overreacting? idk if this is actually me or manic me. I feel like im losing my mind
