Long Hot soak in a tub with a couple handfuls of Epsom Salts added to the water. Drink a cup of warm milk with a spoonful of real honey and a pinch of nutmeg added to it. Take a couple magnesium tablets (magnesium glycinate) before bedtime. Drown out any bothersome noises with white sound like fans or air cleaners. Make sure the room is dark, no devices or electronic lights. Drink a cup or two of chamomile tea after dinner to help you relax. Make sure the temperature of the room is comfortable and cozy. They say 68-70 F. Degrees is ideal. Also you can take melatonin supplements if needed or get it from drinking cherry juice or eating cherries.
