If I find online learning to be hard is it better just to take a small certificate to be a life coach?

I've fallen into such a toxic pattern that it is almost traumatic. Right before the pandemic I was taking a construction management class where I was being harassed by the professor. I was also taking classes online and took this class to have something in person to put on my resume. A few weeks later the pandemic happened and I got a refund for the class due to all those things happening at once. Ever since then I decided to be a medical life coach, I want to take on the medical establishment by creating a space for people to vent about their frustrations with the healthcare system without fear of judgement or being withheld care. I want to take classes in life coaching and patients rights but of course they are only online. I'm starting to think I should start small, take a couple of affordable classes until I move onto something bigger. Maybe the benefit is now there needs to be less requirements anyway.

Okay, there's really no such thing as medical life coach. You're talking about an ombudsman or a patients right advocate.

A life coach helps someone overcome obstacles and achieve greater happiness and productivity in their life. And it's not really an online class kind of thing.

Good luck in everything to attempt; you may want to do a little looking around at all the possibilities out there.

@Graylight 🤗 Aw, thanks. If you're looking to help patients understand and fight a hugely corrupt and inefficient medical system, you'll find a good place to land. It's hard work but it's noble to want to help and serve others, especially against an institution that should help us the most. Good luck.
