What do you do?
There are so many tools we use at work to support staff and pupils.

Ask for all text to be in calibri - its a dyslexia friendly font.
Any screen based things to be on pale yellow or light blue.
Same for print outs.
You can get coloured films - amazon - for screens or placing over pages for reading.

@0uijaFinger At work they're not at all willing to provide anything. They want me out. It's because I'm old and at times I'm not wanting to do the activities. I even get extra work from my boss not to suggest titles of books to buy and such. I'm kept busy that way. It's very much belittling me. Was just asking what I can do to be less tired without all the aid. I'm 56 years old and had to get someone to diagnose myself over then years ago because the same boss didn't believe that I had dyslexia. The expert told me that I was her worst case operating at my level. Nothing to do with intelligence, I know. Just want to keep myself a bit more healthy for the next decade

You’re still doing to much my old friend . Practical, small changes can reduce daily cognitive load and fatigue.
😊
