Feeling overwhelmed

Over the past few months now I've finally found a group of doctors that are willing to help me. But over this time I've had a lot of med changes, new treatment plans and a lot of information thrown at me. It's very hard to keep it all straight. Especially if Joel isn't at my appointment. I've been struggling with a lot of brainfog as well.

So today my sleep doctor helped use look over and organize all my notes and med changes from. She even spoke with my neurologist and therapist. She couldn't reach my heart doctor but Joel was at that appointment. So now I have the most current outline of my meds!

8:00 AM

Propranolol For POTS, heart rate control

Cymbalta For depression, anxiety, chronic pain

Guanfacine ER For Tourette’s, ADHD, calming

Famotidine For ulcer/stomach protection

🕛 12:00 PM

My ex-girlfriend also has to take lots of medications. The best thing you could do is talk to Joel so he can help you on which medications you have to take at a certain time.
@Barefooter25 I've been on meds for a while but this is the first time I've had to take them at different times like this. I got the times really missed up. Probably why I've been having a hard time staying focused during the day. But I have the schedule saved on my phone and printed out. And Joel has the schedule saved as well. I still feel really stupid though
