It shouldn't take some Australian wrestling/athlete to tell men to seek help or therapy
I read on the internet that some Australian wrestling guy friend committed suicide and thousands of men sought help after he made his speech. It shouldn't take some minor celebrity to give men a wake up call on putting their mental health first if so, that's sad but I'm at least glad that a lot swallowed their pride and talked to someone.
I'm well aware that the suicide rate among men is like two times higher than women but when I actually want to help some guy who's severely depressed he doesn't want to talk and I don't want to be that person but now I am starting to wonder if it's for attention but I'm happy some got help a lot of other men are still iffy about it.
