Zoloft. Taking it as we speak

They can work really well but the side effects can be harsh to start and I do mean harsh. I think too many doctors start people off at too high a dose. Here are the usual starting side effects many people have. Nausea, diarrhea (Get Pepto Bismol otherwise you might find yourself not getting to the bathroom on time) headaches, jitters, insomnia, sweating, reduced appetite and finally partial sexual dysfunction (loss of desire, inability to orgasm.) These drugs can be remarkably effective in slowing negative thinking and improving mood but those side effects.....Many people get at least 1/2 of these starting side effects, some more.

Makes you horny. Not being weird, for real

@ScarletWitch For most it will negatively effect their drive, some the opposite but current sexual dysfunction side effects studies put the number at least at 65% or MORE of those who have reduced desire and orgasm issues. This alone is something many people hate.

One would think they would not care for it. @Nature3

@ScarletWitch I don't know I just know what people told me. Maybe if you only get horny whe. You're depressed idk. Take it first 2 weeks and report back ok

Great news.
It will help slow your mind down and give you a rest from fighting with yourself.
You will notice a huge difference and will be much calmer.
So happy that you have taken this step.

That's great. It'll take up to 6 weeks for it to reach a therapeutic level in your system, so give it time. It can always be adjusted, too. it's not works/doesn't work.

Keep up with the therapy. Pills are like an overnight case - crucial, but hardly able to take the place of your entire traveling wardrobe.

Just make sure to keep taking it and give it a few weeks to start working. It could make a big difference. As for side effects, they vary for each person. I've never had anything bad with any of them.
