Is is normal to get depressed all the time at home?

I am fine at work keeps the mind busy but when I am home I am depressed and constantly trying to figure out what to do

It could be high functioning depression, and work distracts you from it for a while.

@LittleK I was diagnosed with something years ago and on a bunch of meds. Could be part of it. What is high functioning depression?
@JS1992 It’s the kind of depression where you can still do certain things like go to work every day.
