Real talk. How's your mental, spiritual and emotional health these days?

Mental health is doing pretty much fine. Emotional health is skating by. Spirit has been dead since like 2016 at the latest, but I've learned to live without one.

It’s ok. I’m throwing out a lot of junk, fixing some things and starting fresh in some instances.

Some days good and others really bad.

All in great condition

You know .. I just feel numb. Sick of this covid business and being restrained by it. Sick of all the conflict, bickering and idiotic behaviors on both sides of so many issues. Ready for some positive changes.

It's been good generally. Had a bit of a wobble a few weeks back after a terrible date, but I'm feeling good now.

Never better, until tomorrow, which will even be better. No kidding!

Mentally I’m depressed but still surviving, spiritually I have given up hope and emotions have been buried for years.

It's all there, some days are going too fast, and I wish I had breaks in my life, but I try to keep it all together.

Mental health not great. Spiritual- meh. Emotional- pretty average I'd say.

Probably as broken as possible. But I can still get things done
