I wouldn't say that that's an anger problem. There's a fine line between frustration and anger problems. Sounds like you were just frustrated more than angry. I get that way from time to time when I'm fed up with something. Now my nephew that's a walking bomb right there. He has anger issues. He doesn't care where he is or who is around. Sometimes I feel like I have to walk on egg shells around him. When you can control it around other people, that's not anger issues.

It can get worse and you might start lashing out at people as well. Especially those close to you. I wish I knew why does that happen. I've been like that all my life.

If you sense a growing problem, you might be onto something. And it's okay.

Anger, where I work, is considered an import emotion, meaning rarely is anger the primary issue. It's a symptom. Of what, only a professional who assesses you can determine. Sometimes it's childhood trauma or PTSD. But it can be attributble to ADHD and even simple stress.

The trick is too identify your triggers, find the source and then work on either/both resolution or stress reduction techniques and thinking. Good luck.
