Does Head & Shoulders shampoo really cure the scalp of dandruff caused by something like psoriasis or is it just well advertised?

Just well advertised. With how drying it can be, it seems like it would aggravate psoriasis.

Doesn't cure it, but helps reduce it if you use it regularly. Unfortunately, I don't know of any cure.
