I like the white strains, they are energizing. Kratom helped me quit a pot habit. I take one flat teaspoon twice a day mixed in almond milk with a milkshake blender.

@Candie I've never tried either, but considering trying shrooms for my OCD as research shows it helps.

Cannibis works wonders on my arthritis.

Krantom not so well. Matter of fact I've had bad luck with the stuff.

But, glad it works for you.

I had tons of Krantom, didn't even tough the pain. Well, not much works for me 'cept opiates, Cannibis.... sometimes gabapentin.

Pain sucks big kahones.
