My husband came home and told me we were going out.

We haven’t been on a “date” in….God knows how long.

He secretly coordinated with everyone to make sure I was feeling well enough, was dressed, and that the kids had everything they needed before even getting off from work lol.

It was sweet. He took me to my favorite restaurant where 90% of the menu is safe for me to eat. Then we went up to an overlook and watched a lightning storm over the valley.

We talked a lot. Made out like teenagers. It was a good time ❤

He’s 6’4 and did ballet but only because he played soccer, lacrosse, and baseball and “needed to be flexible” (but also because he liked it). He doesn’t wear glasses but he is a scientist so maybe you’re seeing his lab goggles?
