Is it healthy to still keep pictures of your ex ?

Don't do anything if you are uncertain. If you get tired of looking at them then put them away but don't throw them away until your absolutely positive you don't want them. They're not hurting a thing, neither here nor there but I think if you do something on impulse then I think you might be sad.

I wouldn't delete them necessarily - even though you are not together anymore it is still part of the story of your life which is what photos capture.

I don't have pictures of my most recent ex because my wife felt threatened, which I understood. But I have photos of other exes and they mostly make me smile and recall good things about my life, with no desire to go back there. If they make you happy, perhaps keep them; if they upset you, perhaps delete, or move them from your phone or computer to a portable hard drive and stash them in a desk drawer.

No idea about health but I have no pictures of exes in my vicinity. 😂
