I used to be a really bright person with great sense of humour. But then I fell in an unrequited love situation and now I am a doomed person.

Flick your lamp back on and clear your path to a better present.

At first, you will see everything but you will be too numb, for a long time.
Eventually, new emotions will slowly make their way through the fog, as spring flowers through the snow.
And you will experience them richly, more colorfully than before. You will sense the nuances better.

Take a moment of rest and care now, while building your momentum..

Then, naturally... push through it all: snow, rocks, concrete.. you can do it :)

I think its more a case of vanity than love because love is understanding

Its ok to love someone. It's not ok to expect it back when they have no wish to do so

Therein lies the problem of preferring ones own wishes over another's which is not love but selfishness and inconsideration and lust and vanity

You like them.. you don't love them..

I feel you. I kind of fell in a similar trap.
