Regarding my last question, if you had a child whos dating a transgender man or woman, would you accept it?

Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
If they are happy then I’m happy. The only thing I would never want to see is my child not being told the truth upfront about the other person’s gender and be lead into a relationship based on lies

Once the child gets to the teen years... you're happy with any interaction they are willing to give you.

I'll listen to whatever he has going on.
If they were of legal age? Go, enjoy, live, love…just keep your eyes open. I’d accept it but remember not everyone will.
Of course I would support the relationship.
As long as it's loving, sincere and respectful
Id have to get accustomed but yes.

Yes. I might try to find out if the child understands all the implications. But once that is done all I have to worry about is whether the person is a good person or not and that has nothing to do with their gender or sex

As long as the person has their shit together and isn’t crazy. That’s not the kind of life I want for kids. They were raised in a civil and drama free home.

I would support my child no matter what their sexuallality was.

@theAlchemist i like that you would support them even if you wouldn't date a transgender yourself 💯
My only concern would be their happiness and that the person was treating them well.

If they’re grown and treat my child right then whatever their underwear treasures versus their pronouns are I’d support their relationship.

Once they are 18, that's their choice
