Are you seeking love? Or waiting for it?

At this point in my life, I am indifferent. I want to be loved and respected, but I don't feel less without it 🖤

There is more out there than romantic love. If you have family and friends who love you,though it doesn't make up for the other,at least, that is a blessing.

I don't think anyone has to be doing one or the other.
I have love from my children and some family members... and I've had love with someone special....
I'm not expecting or waiting. I'm fine knowing I may never be in love again/ that nobody may love me in that way again.

I've always seemed love and it's landed me bad places. As soon as my current is an ex, I won't seek it or at least not for a while. I want to be me without compromise for a while. No doubt I'll look for love further down the line maybe as long as I've found me.

@pdockal holding onto hope and simultaneously not expecting it to happen... It doesnt make sense. And I've heard that from so many people who are broken up or in crappy relationships.
