One option is try to discipline you to restrict your timing on SW. Like not more than once a day for 20 minutes or so. This also gives you opportunity to learn discipline, that would also help you to build will power, which will be beneficial on all steps of your life. Having a discipline and strong will power is helpful for success in life.
Other way is to totally abstain from such things. By such things I mean all social media and all entertainment. When you leave one, you are likely to find other ways to fill the void. Next time it can be YouTube, etc.
So i think, learning to discipline yourself is long term helpful and sustainable solution.

I permanently deleted my Facebook I don't miss it at all! Only because of few good friends and u ,i gonna miss this place but it's ok .....it was good time of 7 years we spent here together....

@TryingtoLava So many things, i need to look after my health physically and mentally, i have to make strong plans for future and need to follow them strictly...life is not easy for this Angel..responsibilities...
