Thel 'Vadamee (dubbed Arbiter), a servant of the Prophets of the Covenant, has just found out his entire religion to be a lie.

He and his race, the Elites have long been the protectors of the Prophets, yet are betrayed by them. Brutes being the successors are ordered to perform genocide on the Elites.

The scene where the music ques in, the Arbiter arrives to see his brothers slaughtered. Time for vengeance.
