Does rose gold contains pure gold? Is there valuable if we sell it?

Most all jewelry gold is a gold alloy (partially for better durability, as gold is a very soft metal) with the karats being a measurement of the parts. 24 karat gold is pure gold because the parts are measured up to 24, with 24 karat gold being 24 out of 24 parts. Due to its unique color, there is a common misconception that rose gold is more valuable than yellow gold or white gold. However, Rose gold alloy is an alloy of copper mixed with gold and the value would be based on the karats of gold in the alloy. For example, if you are selling your gold, 14K yellow gold will be worth the same as 14K rose gold.
