My snapchat account

Hello im 15 years old girl and i had snapchat since 2019 and last month my snapchat account god banned for no reason you maybe thinking thats nothing but here is my story i moved to another country and i dont have alot of friends in my new home and i lost all of the contacts from my friends and i had all of my memories with my mother she passed away 6 months ago and i created a new account thinking maybe its time to move on and forget about the past and i’ve been enjoying last 2 days my crush added me and we were talking but my snapchat account got banned or locked again snapchat wont make anything about it im scarde my crush is mad at me and it really makes me sad and i dont really dont have a will to live right now because of this stupid snapchat and snapchat support wont even help me!
