I've just started journaling, I am hoping it will help me with dealing with my feelings and emotions and not burdening others with them

Also hope it helps me to keep it more to myself keep it locked up. At least that's my hope

Some of this is too heavy to share with others

Journaling will help you express, process and deal with your emotions but please, don't ever think that keeping it locked up is the solution to your problem. People who love you or care about you, want you to talk to them, you are not a burden. Besides, this is what SW is supposed to be for, you have us to talk to if you ever need to.

@K1llYourDumplings I don't really have anybody in my life that wants to hear about my feelings or emotions. They have all made it clear that it's just a burden to them. I feel like this is my only healthy option now.

@SW-User I'm so sorry! In case you ever want to talk to another human being, I'm here. I hope you enjoy journaling, it really helps me a lot and I can always tell the difference when I haven't done it in a while.

I've been doing this alot ..
It keeps me from pouring myself on here
It helps me a lot work through all my own bullshit
