I wished I could express sadness better

I'm here heartbroken and asking myself a few times why...then I remembered, I was told this morning, a close family friend just died. Covid has made me numb

Sorry for your loss. Express your sadness however you feel. Do what is right for you. I lost an immediate family member two weeks ago. The grief comes out the way it needs to come out.

@empanadas. Thanks. I agree. The pandemic indirectly caused my loss.

Living here in NY when we got hit so hard at the beginning really made our mortality feel real and exposed the fragility of life 😔😔

@SkeetSkeet 5th person I know that died in the last 6 months...I try my best not to sound negative on here but this hurt because idk what to feel anymore
