just curious - my parents were married for 68 years when my mom just died - how long were your parents married?

@ronisme1: My grandmother is the only one in our family to have lived anywhere near that long so far (all the others have gone at 83 or younger). However, I do think my mum stands a good chance of becoming the second one to reach the century mark. She is 81 now and still in reasonably good health.
