I'm afraid to sleep overnight in a graveyard even though it should be free of rowdy activity

@Perry1968 That is so true. And they probably never bother us as much as the living, as well

@atlantic59 Absolutely. Ive slept on my dads grave at 15 years old on the way back from the beach in the 80s not ling after he died. I did it s few times back then. Not a shred of fear. Walking through dodgy neighbourhoods are a real risk.

@Perry1968 Yeah when you said what your mom had said I had thought she was gonna say that dead people are not the ones to fear, but those walking among us

There's a graveyard I knew that was beside a road that ended and a sign proclaimed: 'Dead End'

@atlantic59 Thats what she meant. The dead dont ever harm us. Any harm comes from some of those among us.
