Yes I am pretty much Southern by my roots even though I grew up half of my life in California I come from about as southern as they get. My great-grandfather had a property on a dirt road called Route 1 that was pretty much all there was and a mailbox. The gas station was that most happening spot in town. He was a tobacco farmer his son grew up to be a tobacco Farmer for Philip Morris. Widely successful they became embedded into the Flowers bakery business and the rest is history from there. But spending the other half of my life in the back woods and the red Georgia Clay and being a veteran myself especially one with my chosen supplemental income there are many reasons I relate to this song
