What to think about during a panic attack? Besides breathing slowly.

I hate using the P word (panic) just thinking about it triggers something in me.

Get into a tub of cold water it will shock the system and take your mind off the panic. Use natural 100% pure essential oils and breathe in deeply with them… they will over power your senses. Go out in nature it will calm you and ground you. Eatting sugar can help too.
