What to think about during a panic attack? Besides breathing slowly.

I hate using the P word (panic) just thinking about it triggers something in me.

Mine are often triggered by claustrophobia (specifically a feeling as if I’m immobile and can’t escape from where I am) or hypochondria. I try to think about anything other than the fact that I can feel my mind and body short-circuiting. Anything silly or pleasant to get my mind off of it. In some cases I might need to actually go splash water on my face, though. That has worked in the past (when that was an option).
@HiFiRaver Exactly my case and I have a physical disability so I struggle to move either ways.
