Yea, focus on breathing then I distract myself on doing something like reading, think of weird stuff, it tricks my mind into thinking I’m creating instead of spiraling. I hope you're okay.

@mindstruggle I'm fine and safe right now but lately in the mornings right after waking up I been dealing with shortness of breath specifically when I get into the bathroom for my morning routine. Sometimes I take my fan with me but on some occasions even that doesn't work.
