I'm sorry to hear 😣 I'm one of the few guys who can somewhat relate, due to my own particular health issues. I don't have a womb, obvs, but I can get cramps of varying severity lasting from minutes to hours and I can get them monthly, weekly or daily. Bloating too. Nausea at least once per day.
