I want to saw something that'll make you feel better, but there is absolutely nothing that can (at least that I know of).

Be well man, and remember, to take care of others, you first need to take care of yourself! Which is why airlines say put your mask on first before helping someone else with theirs.

To best help others, you might need to take care of yourself first, before worrying or stressing out too much about others.

Exercising, sleeping and verbally talking out loud (even if just to yourself or to a pet or something) are great ways to help one's brain with mental stress.
