Another issue with me would be my age against me. If I were strong enough to set it up every night and hook it up to everything you need in a park, that would be great, but when you're on your own and you get a flat tire and can't fix it by yourself, it kind of takes the fun out of it. Otherwise I would really love it and I had always dreamed of it. Just make sure you carry a gun for safety purposes. You never know who might try to break in these days. But if someone had a husband they could go with that would be wonderful.

It does sound like a nice life. There are ways to have a hot shower. As far as the price of gas, you don't have to be driving all the time. That defeats the purpose of being out and away from it all. I know some full timers and they say it is less expensive than owning a house.
