Having a rough day

My depression has not been to bad last couple of months but yesterday and today it is really bad, it doesnt help im still getting over covid and when it was my birthday last month the people that say they care just didnt bother it wasnt they forgot they just didnt bother and i got told a week after my birthday oh we can do something some other time

My daughter was sick on her b day. We all were. Usually we make a little family party for her but this year it wasn't possible. I got her cake when she felt better and gifted her something small she really wanted. It was enough to make her happy.

I think people need to be aware that some things mean a lot to certain people. Like my mom. She's got her b day soon but she is sick. I know a card will change her mood entirely. So I'll do that.

I'm sorry you go through this. Hopefully things will change a bit and you'll get to celebrate soon though late. 🌹

I just got released from the hospital because of covid.
They also changed my depression and anxiety meds

@nicedave not sure i was really stressed out at the hospital. So they want me to try them in my normal settings and check in Friday
