{thestartsareout] maybe she was wrong and breaking the law but instead of being an over zealous job worth and she is down on her luck why could they of not give her a break and shown some milk of human kindness and compassion .
@smiler2012 The bad thing was one police officer said to her you cant make the dogs without a permit the other officer made a joke and said I think one is a cat and laughed 😔
