Yay! I won’t have to take my shady property management company to court!

At first they offered me a payment plan for all their bogus move-out charges. Weird.when you mention little things like timestamp photos and small claims court suddenly people see what they can additionally do to help. 🤔 At any rate, the stars aligned, and The charges have all evaporated 🥳

. I do appreciate my old manager though for pulling some strings, so I didn’t have to take anybody to court. I really didn’t want to. I’ve never done anything like that and it sounds like a hassle.
