My bolt driver seen me but drove straight past me

I got charged the cancellation fee ! I messaged them and he lied about were he was as I seen him drive away from it. Anyway , I got home safely but I couldnt believe what happened. It was my first time using the app and now Im unsure if I want to use it again.
