How many real life genuine connections do you actually have other than parenta?

I don't have any, there's 1 person I talk to in real life online who sometimes appears to care but then says insulting things (see last post) and objectifies me I have to ignore it. Hes also a gaslighter. There are others but they just use me. Thought I had another connection but then he got obsessed with me and had to unfriended me.
