I’m excited 🥳 We’ll be able to help so many people now

We’re remodeling our program, so we can give support to all mothers who call the hotline, not just those who screen for ‘low depression’ or less. It’s great news. initially the project was feeling dead in the water because of red tape, but this turned out to be an opportunity for us to revamp the whole thing. Now we’ll be able to do what we actually wanted to for the community before all of the bureaucracy got in the way.

We’ll still have a procedure for people who are in crisis, but the important thing is that we no longer have to turn away a huge populous of people who could benefit from additional support debatably even more than those who only score that they’re a bit bummed out sometimes.
