Sometimes controlling people wear ‘helper’ masks, but it only becomes apparent when the helpfulness leads to treating you badly, which is not helpful at all @ArminArlert

@CestManan I agree. The person I was dating constantly spoke about her ex and I'm convinced that she was addicted to her ex/toxitity.
When she spoke about me, it was always things I didn't do. I don't have enough friends, I'll lean on her too much, I don't have any hobbies.
