When they say “long lasting” mascara or “24 hours.... “ Do they means it stays ON EYELASHES that long , or under eyes? Cause it came off my eye lashes
in couple of hours yesterday, it’s been over 24 hours and I still can’t wash that gray stuff from under my eyes. I’m confused
