If you were clockwork how often would you need winding up?

I like the name cassandra. It reminds me of either an old woman or a young posh woman influenced by the victorian era, who calls her parents "mamah and papah"

I get wound up many times a day. But my job allows me to unwind too.

With each time change

2-3x's a day minimum.

At least every hour
